An improved bundle handling section features a heavy-duty, full-length, linear guided rodless cylinder for bundle support during transfer.
This allows minimal operator force to move the bundle to the strap zone. The Semi Automatic Strapping Unit is a self-contained, easy to roll-in, easily serviceable unit. Featuring user-friendly controls and quick tension adjustment from 4.4lbs to 100 lbs. This unit uses 1/2″ polypropylene strapping and cycles fast enough to allow bundles every 45 seconds (60 seconds std).
Model HSB-IL offers proven performance on a wide range of signature sizes and paper stocks, and is specifically designed to produce quality bundles for low to med speed directory, book publication and commercial presses.
