Fast
The SpeedPack™ has been recorded packaging rates up to 60 cartons per minute in continuity operations while achieving up to 50 cartons per minute in a single stream pick and pack operation. The high throughput of this machine allows you to greatly reduce the time it takes to fulfill an order and helps to ensure you don’t get behind during busy peak periods while meeting all critical delivery schedules for the highest customer satisfaction.
Rugged, Simple Construction
The SpeedPack™ keeps running shift after shift, with minimal downtime and maximum throughput. The design of this machine is relatively simple – built with solid materials and robust construction. This machine was made for 24/7 operation and engineered to get the job done regardless of high volume wear and tear. In addition, the SpeedPack™ has a common sense design that makes it easy to learn and operate. With quick set up times and short changeovers – in 15 minutes or less – you experience minimal down time and can quickly bring your associates up to speed on how the new machinery works. That means short runs and peak period labor ramp ups can be less painful and more effective in delivering the performance you need.
Carton Package Design Compatible
No packaging system can be designed without first considering the style and design of the carton. Fortunately, the SpeedPack™ is able to run multiple styles of cartons ranging in sizes from 5”x7”x0.25” to 12”x14”x4.5” or greater. The package design process takes into account the required product protection for e-commerce delivery methods and can offer easy opening features for enhanced Customer Experience. When customer branding is required, the clean design and protective properties of the corrugated package deliver the image you desire. By being able to match the right package design to your product, you are able to control packaging costs, storage costs, and still adequately protect your products.
Modular Systems Integration Capabilities
Perhaps one of the best things about the SpeedPack™ is its modular capabilities and that it can be equipped with upstream and downstream devices to perform a wide range of tasks. Our typical installations include some combination of the following: Feeding, Packing, Tracking, Inserting, Sealing, Weighing, Labeling, Verifying, Sorting, Counting and Stacking.
