For use with combination folders that deliver a single signature stream for a range of product sizes and formats for retail/commercial/magazine/catalog, including quarter-fold, half-fold, tabloid, delta fold and double parallel products up to 21” wide x 12” long. The Model 124HS Stak-O-Veyor can be combined with stream deserters for multi-stream retail product deliveries. All adjustments are simple to make and easily accessible, with precision controls in the jogging and stacking areas.
The finished stacks require a minimum of hand jogging. On-the-fly adjustable crush rollers flatten the product for consistent stack control. Raised sub-bases and adjustable inlet conveyors are available to allow the stacker to interface with virtually any type of folder or conveyor delivery output. The stacker can be offloaded from either side or from the rear. Operating controls are mounted for easy access and routine maintenance.
