CT-1090 Center Knife Trimmer
The CT-1090 is one of System Technology’s separation and central cutting devices that specializes in the economic separation or strip cutting of semi-finished or finished products. This center knife technology allows the press room to produce A & B productions with inline-processing, and thus is able to generate competitive advantage by combining these tasks into a single operation.
Depending on the respective format, center support of the products is optionally implemented by roller conveyors or driven center support belts.
Thanks to pneumatic, steplessly adjustable upper belts, even pressure sensitive products can be processed without marks. All relevant settings can be entered during operation, by means of the operating panel, which features clearly structured symbols.
The CT-1090 is made with very resilient, surface milled aluminum base plates that guarantee perfect alignment and knife precision.
Definite precision: the central frame of welded profile tubes is additionally milled in order to generate a perfect foundation for further construction elements.
